RV solar panel
After finding a solid deal on a 130 Watt Kyocera solar panel and a Blue Sky's Charge controller, I spent a few hours installing my new solar charge system. It is capable of charging about 25-30% of my total battery Amp-hour store.

Xantrex Battery Monitor
After boondocking in Yosemite for 4 days, we ran our batteries down and thought we were charging them sufficiently with the generator. We ran it less than an hour each time (probably about 4 times total) And according to the stock voltmeter/battery condition monitor, we were doing ok, until the lights dimmed after charging for a half hour. The meter was just reading a surface charge and not sufficiently showing the battery condition/charge.

Wood and Gear Rack
I built this rack that mounts to the bumper mounts. It is able to carry wood, my generator, bike trailer, and anything else. It's heavy duty enough to not flex under heavy loads. It doesn't interfere with the hitch at all.

Yosemite
The Ku family took a trip to Yosemite in the winter. We took the motorhome. The weather was great, hardly any snow on the ground and daytime temps in the 50's and 30's at night.

Honda Generator
I originally bought this to use with the truck camper since it didn't have a generator built it. Now that we have the class C, it has a built in 4000 watt generator.

Moss Landing RV trip
An RV trip to Moss Landing RV park. Nice park, not a whole lot to do within bike distance. If we had a canoe or kayaks, we could have hit the slough.

TurboMaxx install
Our Sunseeker didn't come with powered vents (other than the bathroom) so I wanted to install one. The Maxxair Turbo/Maxx 1200T with thermostat was a good option because it also allows the vent to be open while it is raining as well as adding a powered fan to the cover.

RV camping Mt Madonna
Lisa and I went to Mount Madonna to go RV camping. We chose this place because it is close and we had never camped there before. It turned out to be a great trip and super relaxing. The park allows dogs on all the trails but only on leash. The weather was surprisingly cool. It was a reportedly 85 degrees in San Jose, but at our camp, it was 60-72 during the day. Mount Madonna sits half way between Gilroy and Watsonville. It gets the coastal fog when it's hot in the valley. The park has a good variety of hiking trails. Our electric and water hook-up site was $25 a night. Kinda steep if you as me, but still worth it. We will be going there again for sure.
